You can do a bachelor's in radiology or a diploma in radiology.
Many medical colleges offer these courses some colleges take admission entrance based or merit-based. if you want to make your career in radiology and you are in 12th so I will recommend you can do a bachelor's and if you are in degree college then after your graduation you can do diploma in radiology

YES, you can get free seat in any course in TS EAMCET if you score a good marks and rank to get qualify in TS EAMCET Examination.
To get free seat in TS EAMCET, your general rank should be below 1000 and your income certificate should be less than 2 lac per anum . furthermore, You can get free engineering seat even by just qualifying in the exam. The qualifying marks are just 40 which is out of 160. But to get a seat in good college your eamet score must be above 100 .
