No, you cannot do M.Sc radiology after class 12. Infact, no one can do Masters in any course after class 12. First you have to do Bachelor in that particular course and than masters. It means you have to do B.sc Radiology first and then you can do M.sc Radiology.

Hope you are doing well.As per query let me tell you that Bachelor's of Radiology is a 3-year full-time course. This course is provided through regular mode as well as correspondence. On average, the fee structure for these courses is around INR 2-10 lakh. Mandatory Subjects -Physics,Chemistry,Biology or Mathematics .

Chettinad Academy of Research and Education, Kelambakkam does not have Bsc radiology imaging technology course but it has Integrated Msc radiology imaging technology course for the duration of 5 years.
Eligibility for Integrated Msc radiology imaging technology :-
Age limit: Should have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed HSC/CBSE/ISCE in subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Botany and Zoology and English individually.

And also it has MSC radiology imaging science technology 2 years course
Eligibility :MBBS / BDS / B.Sc. (Allied Health Sciences) degree awarded by a recognized Indian or Foreign University with a minimum of 50% marks (Candidate with specialization in the relevant area will be given preference). A candidate with three year B. Sc. (Physician Assistant) degree shall also apply if the candidate holds one year of internship or hands on training in the relevant field.
