Hello student,
No , bsc radiology and bsc radiography are not the same .
Bsc radiography helps make the student efficient in taking radio images of different body parts of the patient whereas Bsc radiology helps the students to get specialized in the study and analysis of various radio images.
Bsc radiology students can be considered quivalent to a specialized doctor who can diagnose patients whereas Radiography graduates handles with machines and equipments.

Hello Aspirant,
On such NEET score you cannot get admission in any of the course that seeks NEET score for admission because with such NEET score you are not even qualified for NEET 2021 because the cut-offs for NEET UG 2021 are as follows :-
-->>> General - 50th percentile - 720-138 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 137-108 marks
-->>> General-PwD - 45th percentile - 137-122 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile - 121-108 marks
Even if you belong to PwD category then also you need at least 108 marks in order to be eligible for admissions but 63 is far far away from the cut-offs.
And without getting qualified in NEET UG 2021 you cannot get admissions in any of the courses such as MBBS, BAMS, BHMS and other Ayush courses neither in government college nor in private college.
So on such marks and category I would recommend you to take a drop and prepare for NEET 2022 then to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-
