As, the opening and closing ranks for a college changes every year, so no one can exactly tell you which college you get according to your rank. Now, with 26K rank in ews quota, your chances to get NIT is very low. EWS quota is started from the year 2019, and it only gets very less number of seats till date. Colleges have demanded more time, so that they can make seats, opportunities for ews quota students as it required change in their infrastructure which is not so easy. Also, the ews quota is around 10%, so there are also less number of seats. With such rank, you may or may not NIT, because government has taken initiative to promote girls education in the field of engineering. Yes if you want to score above 300 in NEET then NCERT is good but NCERT only clears the basic concepts.As you know you need to have a detailed study to be 100% sure.So to be confident i will recommend you to even use other books such as biology volume 1 and 2 by trueman,pradeep guide on biology,objective biology by dinesh.Apart from this,i will recommend you to solve number of MCQ questions and mock test.

You must be aware that this year CLAT pattern has gone through a change,and talking about English Section you will be provided passages of about 450 words based on the contemporary, non-fiction writing
historically significant fiction. Candidates will be tested regarding their comprehension ability, how to draw out inferences and conclusions, compare and contrast different viewpoints, the meanings of the words and phrases in the given in the passages, grammatical errors, fill in the blanks etc. There will be 18-32 questions in this section.

From the syllabus itself, you can see that vocabulary,grammar and reading speed matter a lot here, if you have Norman Lewis 'Word Power Made Easy', you should go through this, it's an amazing book for vocabulary building, coming to grammar part you can build the basics from Wren and Martin books, this is the best option regarding grammar, and this knowledge will come handy while doing any error correction, fill in the blanks options etc. For reading speed, it's best you read the editorial part of The Hindu or The Indian Express, the more you read, the more better your speed will become, you can also enhance your vocabulary, these articles are written by prolific writer, this is a must step and until the exam, continue to do so,when it comes to reading articles, it's more dependent on how well your speed and understanding of language is, if it's fairly good, you can go through one or two articles, if not consider reading more articles for instance you can choose to read both The Hindu as well as The Indian Express Editorials, but this also depends on your schedule, if you have free time the more you read, the better your comprehension and vocabulary will become.

Here I will suggest you that as you are in class 11th so first of all go through your ncert books deeply and try to prepare your own notes by making a summary of chapters in point wise and if you get time then do solve prebious year question paper and further do prepare for your 12th also as your percentage matters a lot to give any entrance exam , don't buy any guide book now and for now study with your own study materials only . As this year syllabus has changed so there will be reduction in the syllabus of jee also but we could not say anything for year 2022 so you be prepare from your side and wait for the guidelines of education minister .

1. Exercise must be a part of your morning routine. Start exercising and you will feel a new energy within

2. Write down your goals on a paper and focus on them

3. Before you sleep, visualize yourself achieving your goals

4. Start your day by doing the thing that is most important to you

5. Try doing something new daily, this makes you aware of the things you can be good at

6. Take a walk in the park to bring in fresh vibes to your mind

7. Don’t play with your sleep routine, try to take at least 7 hours of good night sleep daily.

8. Keep patience and perform tasks step by step, instead of going all-in in hope of quick success

9. Play energizing music to keep you motivated. Just put on your headphones  and listen to your favorite inspirational tracks

10. Start your day by drinking a cup of chilled water. Scientifically, a cup of chilled water can help in improving EQ

11.Read as much as possible. Look what successful people read in the morning

12. Set a deadline for a task, but make sure its practical. Hypothetical deadlines won’t take you anywhere

13. When you are tired take rests, if you will not take rest, you will probably end up taking wrong decisions

14. Eat right and give the first priority to your health

15. Let go of anything that scares you by doing it again and again

16. Do not get jealous with where your friends are, instead work hard to surpass them

17. Look for the positive things even in the worst situations.

As you said you coverd 15% of your syllabus so 85% of your syllabus you want cover within 3 months. It is little difficult to cover all three subject within three months but not impossible if you have to work very hard to cover it because all three are main subject. So for cover the whole syllabus you have to study 10-12 hours in a day. For each subject you have to give a particular time like for mathematics 3 hours for physics 3 hours for chemistry 3 hours. Try to cover a chapter within 1-2 day for each subject and revision the chapters. Choose a particular day in a week for revision for better result otherwise you forget previous chapter. For organic chemistry you have to practice every day I mean yesterday if yesterday you study a reaction practice it today otherwise you forget it. If you study properly so it is not too difficult for.
