Hi, the information that you have shared is a little incomplete. It really depends on what specialization you are going to take and in which college. Your GRE score is good and so is your IELTS band. If your research based project is related to what you are going to do your specialization in then the chances of you getting into the good universities are high. You can try for UK as well but most of the courses in UK are of 1 year and masters of 1 year is not globally accepted. So, if you are planning to come back to India at some point with your Masters degree or at any other place for that mater the certificate won't be valid as 1 year masters are not globally accepted. The placement cell of IISc Bangalore works extensively and after you complete your Bsc course from IISC Bangalore you can apply for Research assistant or project assistant in various institutes.

You can initially expect a package of 20K per month.Also if you do not get a good placement after your degree you can plan to do internship in good institutes or related firms and later get good job profiles with attractive packages for sure.

If you want to become a researcher you need to follow the step:

1) A very good PhD with publications in good and high impact peer reviewed journals.

2) A good post doctoral experience from abroad. Work experience in Ivy league or equivalent European universities and from world renowned biotechnology labs will certainly add a lot of spice in your CV.

3) Very good recommendations from your advisors. It is almost as important as your research work. Remember at that level, the competition becomes harsh and you will find far too many candidates with brilliant academic and research careers vying for a single post.

You can apply for either MSc or MSc integrated PhD course. Aim for NCBS, IISc, IISERs, IITs for a Phd if you do it in India.

Try to aim at good institutes for your MSc as this will help you get a dissertation project at a good place. Have a good research experience and publish a paper/papers whenever you get a chance. This will help you to get a PhD abroad incase you want to pursue outside the country.

You have sufficient marks to get both of this college in all india ayush counselling.

Usually cut off for deemed ayurvedic college go around 200 marks and below that also because of their high tution fees if compared to normal private ayurvedic college.
