Vignan's Foundation for Science Technology and Research is one of the best institions in Andhra Pradesh. To become a research scientist, after 12th you have to select you area of interest or the field of specialisation in which you want to be a research scientist. Then join for your bachelor's degree in that area (BSc, BTech, BPharm etc,). After that, join for masters degree then you can take Ph. D. After you degree if you want to join ISRO, ISRO conducts entrance exam to recruit engineers or scientist so you can participate in that if you are interested.
