Hello,
Let's throw some lights on the basic differences:
Now, the list can go on and on...
But the truth remains, if you want to make a career in this field you need to study further.
Now, I will be brutally honest.
A lot of the candidates studying B.Tech degree in Biotech ends up in an IT firm given the demands, however, that is not true if you're pursuing a B.Sc i.e. general degree.
Also, landing up with jobs in the core sector is possible by doing a B.Tech but to bag the same job offer with a B.Sc degree is quite difficult, normally an M.Sc is required. Therefore, in lots of cases Btech is often considered at par with M.Sc.
If you want to keep your options open, going for B.Tech will be the wisest decision, however, if you're certain that you do want to pursue Research, a B.Sc will do you no harm, given the time advantage (1-year less) you will be having.
Last but not the least, if you're a Technology oriented person who likes practical implementation more than theory, go for a B.Tech.
However, if you like hypothesis and theories (which can not always be implemented and tested but are very crucial for research and needs scientific acumen to conceptualize), then go for B.Sc.
Hello Sir,
IITs that provide Engineering Physics which is of UG level, are enlisted below :-
** Indian Institute of Technology Bombay
** Indian Institute of Technology Mandi
** Indian Institute of Technology Delhi
** Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad
** Indian Institute of Technology Madras
** Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee
** Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad
** Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati
Now let me tell you that in order to join any of the aforesaid IITs for Engineering Physics your son has to appear for JEE-Main and then he has to appear for JEE-Advance because no one can directly apply for JEE-Advance and admission to engineering physics course offered by IITs are only taken on the basis of JEE-Advance score not on the basis of class 12th score.
So make sure that he appear for JEE-Advance in order to make his career in his field of interest.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
Dear Srijit,
After B.Pharm & M.Pharm Courses ... you have high chances to get jobs in industrial fields as now-a-days the demand for pharmaceutical companies has increased due to COVID situation .
Well, you can do work in research field more proficiently if you hold a Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy ) degree .
Doctor of pharmacy degree basically provides you the way to do research in this domain . After holding Pharm D degree , you can go for an Ph.d degree
This Pharm D degree is basically offered after 10+2 (course duration: 6 Years )as well as after B.Pharma (Course duration : 3 years ) and lateral entry after D.Pharma (Diploma in Pharmacy)

hope this information helps !
Best wishes !!
If you wish to become a research analyst then Studying B.Pharm would be a very wise option. B.Sc Biotechnology is a very good field but since B.Pharm is a technical course you will receive good jobs after b.Pharm. If you can crack National Level Exams like :
GPAT
NIPER-JEE
BITSAT
CUCET
Then you can get fellowship in the AICTE approved colleges and do your M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology as well. So Bachelor of Pharmacy will be a better option
Good luck !! Know more about this course

The library is huge and has course-related books and other technical knowledgeable books. The institute has a huge sports ground for sports like football, basketball, cricket, badminton, volleyball etc. It also has a big canteen.
The faculty is very supportive & helpful. They are qualified & knowledgeable & tries to help students whenever possible.
Babaria institute of technology provides placements to around 60% of students. The highest salary offered is around INR 9 LPA. The average salary is INR 2 to 3 LPA.
The infrastructure is pretty good with proper spacious classrooms, well equipped labs, WiFi facility, game rooms, etc.
