Is there any reservation for girls through CommedK?

No, there aren't any reservations for girls in ComedK.

However reservation is applicable only for 8% of seats which are reserved for students from Hyderabad Karnataka (listed 6 backward districts of Karnataka) region students.

The same Hyderabad Karnataka quota reservation is extended up to 70% in colleges functioning only in the same 6 districts.

The six regions are Bellary, Kalburgi, Yadgir, Koppal, Raichur & Bidar

If you belong to general category this is your air in jee mains then you have fairly good chance of getting a seat in the college not sure about the branches but you can get a seat.

what is meant by gender-neutral?? female only?? in opening and closing ranks of nit? who are eligible for gender-neutral?? is female only means womens quota??

Hello there,
Gender neutral means that the quota is applicable for all the genders whereas female only means the quota is applicable only for the female candidates. Female candidates can also apply for gender neutral quota since it is applicable for both. But females only quota is the reservation for girls. This is what gender neutral and females only mean in the opening and closing rank of the NITs.

Congratualations for the score. But with the percentile of 83 getting qualified under general category is too difficult. Hope you have attented the seccond attempt of jee and tried scoring more.
Yes there is some reservation for girls and home state quoata reservation is also available.

I have got 99.58 percentile in Jee main 2020. I am a girl from Jaipur. Can I get cs in iiit hyderabad as from now they are giving 25% reservation for girls.

Your all India approximate rank would be around: 3650.
if we compare this rank with the previous year cutoff record of IIIT Hyderabad then you have positive chances of getting into it with computer science branch,
Even with girl quota your chances increases more.

Hello Swikruti Sahu, Yes there is a reservation for girls in VSSUT and CET and the reservation is like that 30% in every category is for girls and that reservation is only for Resident/native of Odisha state only.
