As per your question, if you are providing with the OBC certificate then you will be getting the OBC reservation in the NEET exam. One will only be eligible for the category, which they have specified in the exam. Hence, until and unless you provide the RBA certificate, you will not get its reservation.

As per your question, to be eligible for the state NEET quota in Karnataka you need to study your 11th and 12th in Karnataka itself, i.e. intermediate should be completed in Karnataka, and should be domiciled in Karnataka. If you qualify this criteria, then you are eligible for the state reservation of the NEET.
