There is no issue if you filled the form as percentage format for class 10th. Usually most forms give you an option to either fill the academic details in the form of CGPA or in the form of Percentage. It is perfectly fine if you filled it as percentage instead of CGPA and you won't be facing any issues.

If you have entered important informations incorrectly in the neet application form, you will be given chance to correct them.
Only important things will be allowed to edit. You will be having provision to edit things In neet application form during neet correction window. It will be conducted in the second week of April 2024.
The candidates who want to make changes will need application number and password for neet application form to open it.
The candidate will be allowed to edit name, Date of birth, name of mother, father , class x marks , class or category to which the candidate belongs.
