Hello Sharath,
I am sorry to say ,but with this percentile in JEE Mains you are not eligible to get a seat under general category. To get a seat through JEE Mains, one has to clear the desired cutoff as per his/her category. You might be able to get a seat if there are avilable vacant seats or if you apply through OJEE(Odisha Joint Entrance Examination). Below I have listed 2019 JEE Mains cutoff category wise -
You can also go through this link and checkout the procedure for OJEE : https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/ojee

Hello Mathi Vishnu Vardhan,
Each and every year, lakhs and lakhs of candidates appear for JEE Mains examination. Due to high pressure on the server during the time of announcement of the results, often the case arises where results are not shown at the time it's supposed to be. Youu just need to be patient with that.
Hello there. CV is something which is being required at the time of interview at any place you are applying. When you will be sitting in the placements drives at that time you will need your CV which will be having all the details about you which included your bio data, contacts, education, training, experience, projects, hobbies, strengths etc.
Yes your rank is enough to get into National institute of Science and Technology, Berhampur or CV Raman College of Engineering, Bhubaneshwar. This is derived from the stats for last year cut off and so it may modify. For your priority branch and seat in renowned college by your rank in a specific counselling round check here - https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor

Hi Sharath. If you belong to Odisha you won't have any problem in getting admission to your desired branch and if you're from other state. you do stand a chance to get into the college. The cut off each year is dependent on various aspects. The difficulty level of the exam, the number of students appearing, etc etc. So, maybe you get into in not first round but later ones.
Hope this helps.Thank you.
Firstly Congrats on your score.
If you go through the last 4 year cutoff list of C V Raman you can find that with 4 lac+ rank in JEE mains one can get any stream in CV Raman. In your case you can even get CSE Department for sure if everything goes well.
93 percentile means that you can easily get a rank in the bracket of 60k to 90k. So, you can even try few NITs in North East or Tezpur University in Assam. It will better if you wait for the final result.
