For the year 2016, 980058 is the closing rank for Mechanical Engineering. This is the only informatio I could find. Hence your current rank is close and might just be inside the closing rank of this year. But I cannot say it with surety as no more information is available. Since the said college is under OJEE, you can provide the details of your rank in that exam if you have given it. I might find information about OJEE ranks 

The minimum rank needed by a general candidate for getting a seat in branch like CSE OR IT is 1 lakh . And for admissions in ME or CE or any other branch , a rank  between 2 -4 lakh is enough .

Yes, you can CSE in CV Raman college with this rank if you belongs to the home state because of the last year cutoff rankings.otherwise you can't get if you are an outsider.

CV raman college is better than NSEC. CV raman college is top 3 private college in odisha.

This is also become autonomous college.

you will have to appaer in Odisha JEE, post which you will appaer in the counselling process and in counselling you have to choose CV Raman college

they adopt e-counselling procedure for candidates
