The minimum education qualification to e eligible for IBPS RRB is that a candidate must have passed graduation. Only graduates can apply for it and depending on the post applying for you need to have relevant degree. You are still pursuing your graduation so you are not eligible in 2020 but you can apply next year after completion of you degree.

there is no official notification till now but the official notification is most probably going to be announced in December and last date to apply will be January 2021. Keep visiting our website for any notification.
