daniasufian2000 26th Dec, 2020
Hey...
it is important to understand that what are the key skills/leanings a Rural Management graduate gets from the course? Rural Management graduates are specialized in Public Heath or Education or rural marketing or business sustainability or corporate social responsibility so on. It is also need to mark that, rural development graduates are mostly generalist and specialize in particular area as per work experience.
Career opportunity after 4-5 years of experience in corporate social responsibility
In every field the work experience matters but no worries even if you are fresher you can build up with your skills.

which bba is best bba information technology or bba rural management

ANUJA 27th Jun, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

To find the best among BBA IT or BBA rural management, you have to see your interest in that particular field. Both of these fields are different from each other. The scope for these fields is wide but they don't have any particular connection between each other. So if you like IT, you like hardware and software, languages, data science, coding then choosing rural will not be a good idea.

Also this also depends from which institute you wish to pursue the course from. The placements for that particular course in that particular institute is what you should look for.

Hope this helps

i have been selected for Admission in IMS Ghaziabad in pgdm marketing and IT.Today I got an offer from XISS Ranchi for pgdm rural management. I have already deposited 65000 to IMS ghaziabad which is refundable if declined. My parents want me to go to xiss ranchi but NGO and villages dont appeal me.

Siddharth Raghav 13th May, 2020

Hello aspirant,

If we compare IMS Gaziabad and Xiss ranchi for it's specific specialisation, then undoubtedly with past records rural management at xiss ranchi stands at a better position. Rural management may involve you in NGo and travelling to villages to work in those areas but that's not always the case. MBA graduates in rural management is also required in CSR wings of the corporate and public sector, livelihoods focused organisations, micro-finance institutions, small finance banks among others. But moreover it's your decision and you should choose the field which interest you the most. Also if you are taking admission this year, then I'll recommend you to please take college reputation in the industry into consideration as placements are going to be severally affected due to covid-19.

Good luck
