neet cut off 2021-2022 for vydehi medical College Bangalore for sc students

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 2nd Dec, 2020

Hi

Actually this is quite early to predict Neet 2021 cut off for any medical college but your when we  look at previous year Trends then

In neet 2019 , 345 marks for sc category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got a seat in M.V.J.Medical College and Research Hospital, Channasandra, Bangalore under Karnataka State quota

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka/amp

But cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

So ,  you should have at least around  400 marks or more  to be on the safer side in your neet 2021 examination

Thankyou

how much rank to got SC students sir??

rachanapbennur 15th Oct, 2020

Hi Varshitha!

You have not mentioned which exam you are talking about. The minimum eligibility marks for different exams is different for different categories. Since, you have not mentioned the exam name, I shall list a few cutoff for various exams which are deduced as per previous years trend:

NEET - 133-107 marks or 40 percentile

JEE Mains - 50 marks

JEE advanced - 17.5 aggregate marks

AP EAMCET - 35 marks

Here are a few links to articles explaining about cutoff for different exams:

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/ts-eamcet-cutoff

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/ap-eamcet-cutoff

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off

Ranking will depend on your score and how many candidates took exam. If the exam you have given is not among the ones I mentioned, then do kindly put up the exam name and your query will be solved.

how many sc students gets more than 300 marka in neet 2020 form karnataka state

Tarreni Behera 14th Nov, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

There is no such data available from the authorities to know the number of SC students from Karnataka who scored more than 300 marks.

The information released in the public domain is the number of students that have registered for NEET from Karnataka. That figure is 119626. Of these number of registered students, the number of students who appeared for the exam is close to 85000( unofficially). Of these number of candidates, the number of students who cleared NEET or secured a passing score is close to 54% i.e. almost 45000 students.

Now Karnataka has a decent number of government medical and bds seats. The total number of seats for medicine in government colleges is close to 3000. The number of seats for bds in the state is even less than this figure. One good thing in the state is that there are many private medical Institutes which have a much larger intake than that of the government institutes.

Of the total number of seats available in the state for medicine, 15% of the seats is reserved for All India Quota and the remaining 85% for Home state quota.

At this point of time, I would like to suggest you to not to think about the number of students who have scored well. Just focus on what you have achieved and see the medical college that you may get based in your rank. Furthermore, you have the backup of a strong reservation category which is the Scheduled Caste. You should not worry about the factors that you can not control, but rather focus on things that you can.

I hope that you get admission in a good college. All the very best.
