No all colleges in Telangana doesn't provide free hostel facility for SC students. Only University colleges have such facility. If you're rank is good and If you can able to cop up to get into a University then it will provide free hostel facility even for good rank only.

Kalinga institute of industrial technology is a private Engineering College and is is not funded from government or any other trust so there is no such special fee structure for SC category. The fee structure for all the students is same irrespective of their caste. The fee structure for 1 year is around 350000 which means 175000 per semester.

In addition to this students are required to pay a sum of rupees 75000 extra for the first year for which they are provided a laptop, blazer and admission kit.

With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that it is very difficult to tell exactly what is the fees range for MBBS courses in government or private colleges. This is because the fee structure for MBBS courses varies from colleges to colleges adn is different for different category Students.

However, In general, the MBBS fees under concession or convenor quota ranges from Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 5,00,000 per annum . In premier medical institutes like AIIMS, the MBBS fee will be approximately more than Rs. 6,00,000- 15,00,000.

4 scholarships for Scheduled caste students means that there  are 4 different scholarships for students belonging from scheduled castes.

All students that belong from scheduled caste can apply in these 4 different scholarships.

It does not mean that only 4 students that belong from scheduled caste will get scholarships.

Number of students that will get a scholarship varies according to different scholarships.

Some time only 1 students get scholarships while some time 10 students can get same scholarships.

So, how many students will get a scholarships differs according to each scholarships.
