This is a bit difficult to predict the cut off rank to get a seat as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the jee main examination , number of seats available for the branch you want etc.
But yes,
When we go through previous year trend then ,
In round 6 of josaa counselling 2020 , the closing rank for gender neutral for sc category for other state in NIT Surathkal is provided below
Under home state
Mining Engineering :- 6557 sc rank

Hello,
There isn't specific score that will fetch you seat in a government medical college as the seat allotment depends on various parameters like total number candidates appeared, cut off rank, category of the candidate, number of seats available, preferences of college etc. The cut off changes based on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc. The cut off for AIQ counselling and state counselling is different. Each college and category has different cut off so it is difficult to indicate the specific score but if we analyzing the past years cut off trends you need to score minimum 550-620 marks to get seat in a government medical college in AIQ counselling and the cut off for state counselling is slightly lower so you need to score minimum 550-580 marks but there are exceptions, states like Delhi, Bihar etc has higher cut off under state quota.
