my score is 213.schedule caste category,want non clinical subject, rank 1030000.plz guide

Sree Student Expert 19th Jan, 2022

Hi,

Cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like category, number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, etc.

To check the possibility of getting Non-Clinical branches, you can use below mentioned College Predictor Tool. You have very less chances of getting seat in good Colleges, so you can try for Management quota seats in Private Colleges.

You can predict Colleges your friend can get for NEET PG score using below mentioned College Predictor Tool.

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-pg-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_pg_cp

You can go through below mentioned article related to NEET PG cut-offs.

I have score 405 In neet2021 . I am in sc category. which College is best for me.or can I get any college in rajsthan

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 7th Nov, 2021

Hi

Your profile suggests that your domicile state is Rajasthan.

This is difficult to predict because cut off  depends upon various factors like

------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,

------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,

------------)  toughness level of the neet examination

------------)  number of seats available

------------) the category you are from etc

But when we go through previous data then

>>>>> with 405 marks

You hold a low chance to get mbbs seat in Government Medical College

For example,

in neet  2020, 537 marks for sc category was the lowest marks to get mbbs seat in  government medical college   under Rajasthan state quota and it was for Government Medical College, Dungarpur

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-rajasthan

You have chances for government quota seat in private mbbs colleges under Rajasthan state quota like

  • American Int. Inst. of Med. Sc., Udaipur

  • JNU Institute for Med. Sc. & RC, Jaipur

  • NIMS, Jaipur

  • Pacific Insti. of MS, Udaipur

  • Ananta Institute of Med. Sc., Rajsamand

And a few more

Above colleges are the best for you

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but  cutoff keeps changing every year  due to   many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a clear picture of the colleges in   which you have to chances and

to get the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

It gives you a personalized report with top college in which you have chances for admission , with the help of predicted colleges you can make better choice while filling your choices of colleges during your counselling

Thank you

Hello,

------- With your Marks and All India Rank, it would be very difficult for you to get Government Medical College through All India Quota Counseling.

------ According to previous year data for All India Quota, AIQ Counseling, last candidate from each category to get MBBS seat in Government Medical College was as following -

• Unreserved Category - AIR 15,022 in ZORAM MEDICAL COLLEGE, Falkawn

• OBC Category - AIR 15,023 in ZORAM MEDICAL COLLEGE, Falkawn

• SC Category - AIR 80,389 in Govt. Sivgangai M. C. Sivagangai

• ST Category - AIR 96,665 in Govt. Sivgangai M. C. Sivagangai

Cut-offs for colleges change every year depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result

• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021

Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.

Sharon Rose Student Expert 20th Oct, 2021

Hello,

If you are enquiring regarding JEE Advanced then we regret to inform you that with the given rank it is quite difficult to get seat in an IIT in a preparatory course under SC category (gender-neutral). To get a better understanding of previous year cut off trend for IITs you may use the link provided below

https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

Do not loose hope, if you have secured decent rank in JEE Main then you may consider seeking admission. Please provide your rank secured in JEE Main and required details so that we can provide you the list of institutes in which you may get seat, if any, based on previous year cut off or you can use our JEE Main college predictor tool

I got rank 3289 in mains in sc category .where will i get ECE

Sumedha Bhattacharya 17th Oct, 2021

Dear Student ,

As per your JEE MAINS rank, you can get the following NITs with ECE branch as per previous year cut off  :

  • NIT Bhopal
  • NIT Agartala
  • NIT Hamirpur
  • NIT Nagaland and few more

Find the previous years cut off of top NITs from this link:

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-top-nits

But this cut off may differ every year due to some reasons that can't be neglected like :

  • Seat Availability
  • No of students appeared
  • Difficulty level of question

Still, You can also use this JEE MAIN college predictor link for your reference :

Hope this helps !

Best wishes !!

i got prep sc rank 579 ,can i get preparatory course sir.if yes,then what will do me at this time so that i will get prepetory course.

Anurag Khanna 16th Oct, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

According to the category rank mentioned by you in the question you have very low or almost no chances of getting into any of the IITs because the closing SC rank for preparatory courses in IITs were around 200-250 for other than female quota and you are very far from the figure so you can hardly get any IIT.

But don't get disappointed because if you have good rank in JEE-Main then you can get good NITs also and you can predict the colleges which you can get from JEE-Main by using JEE-Main College Predictor :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Even though you have very low chances but still to have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your JEE-Advance 2021 score you can use JEE-Advance College Predictor:-

https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-advanced-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

Or you can also refer to the link given below for previous years JEE-Advanced cut-off for IITs :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-advanced-cutoff-for-iits

JEE-Advance 2021 cut-offs are mentioned below :-

>>> Common rank list (CRL) - 10.0 (Minimum percentage of marks in each subject) - 35.0 (Minimum percentage of aggregate marks)

>>> GEN-EWS rank list - 9.0 - 31.5

>>> OBC-NCL rank list - 9.0 - 31.5

>>> SC rank list - 5.0 - 17.5

>>> ST rank list - 5.0 - 17.5

>>> CRL-PwD rank list - 5.0 - 17.5

>>> GEN-EWS-PwD rank list - 5.0 - 17.5

>>> OBC-NCL-PwD rank list - 5.0 - 17.5

>>> SC-PwD rank list - 5.0 - 17.5
