But don't worry, there are a lot of financial aids available in these colleges which are fee waivers, which means that you don't have to pay anything or just half of the amount. And you can just check out the website of that college for which you want to go, there will be a section over there and you can check out from there about their scholarship policy.
The other thing is that if you miss a scholarship offered by the college, there is no need to worry, you can still get the scholarship. POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP FOR PROFESSIONAL COURSES FOR SC/ST is the scholarship by the government that will waive off your fees but this is applicable only if you get admission to that college that is registered with the government. To sum up, you just have to focus on your studies, the rest will be taken care of automatically.

Hi, you can not change the type of seat you have received. If there are other rounds available for you then you can wait for the same college by selecting an appropriate option for being in the same college. If you wish to sit for scholarship exams you can. Hope this helps.
