yes, IIT bombay has various scholarships, students belongs to reserve category like sc/st  are waiver of tuition fees on b.tech course. so apart from this you may apply for financial assistance. it would depends on the your eligibility conditions and number of scholarships available in iits.

BCA is a three year UG program offered by different government and private colleges. The course offers a varied knowledge in the field of Software Programming, IT, Data Management etc. The course is quite good for those who want to be in IT companies and don't want to go for Engineering fields like CSE. The course gives enough opportunity to the student both academically and industrially. It is always recommended that a student should complete a MCA after BCA in order to have a progressive career ahead.

Now VOHREES COLLEGE does have scholarship facilities for the BC and MBC candidates. On the official website there no official regulations present. In the section of Scholarship a pdf of the application form is provided which is written in Tamil or any south Indian language which I am providing you below. If you find the norms there then its ok, if you don't find the norms then I would recommend you to contact the college authority through the number provided in the official website and get it discussed. They will provide you all the info.

At first congratulations on such a great performance in KIITEE. With the mentioned percentile you will be surely eligible to get any of your preferred choices during the counselling session which we held shortly for the phase 3. It is very difficult to predict your rank as the final rank list would be prepared on best of three performance of candidates in different phases of the conducted examination. You are eligible to avail scholarship on your tuition fee if you to get a rank under 1000 but it will be subjected to your performance in internal examinations for the second year.

PS- There is a very descent chance of you getting scholarship for the first year but make sure you put high efforts to mentain it.
