Yes if child of government employee is eligible for scholarship then he / she can get it. There is condition on the income also on the merit list for the scholarship. If you are eligible for these conditions then you can get scholarship even if you are child of government employee.

Obviously there are scholarship. As you are joining professional courses you are eligible for most of the scholarship.
You may have state scholarship like SVMCM in WB which you can apply in. There are some central government scholarship which you can look after by visiting the UGC website.
