I have studied from 1-12th in Karnataka, and belong to general category, urban schooling...... which category do i belong to? GM,GMK,G1,K1 ?
Hi,
As far as I can conclude, I think you are from GM category. Now, if you have studied in a school where the medium of teaching was Kannada then you are from GMK category. If you are from the Brahmin caste, then you are from G1 category but if you have studied in a school which is English medium then you are from GM category but if you have studied in English medium but you are a Brahmin, then you are from G1 category.
Hope this helps.
i have completed my schooling and 12 from Maharashtra my birth place is up can i get up domicile
Dear leaner,
No,you only get a birth certificate from up ,birth certificate is the place where you born and it is different from domicile .
Typically domicile is the address proff ,it is the certificate of residence of particular state which ones parents' have to stay for atleast 5 years .as possible you will able to get domicile from Maharashtra if you applied so.
All the best.
hi i am a srilankan by birth but did my schooling from my 4th standard in tamilnadu. I have applied for tamilnadu engineering counselling but now after submitting the bonafide its like only indians can apply. can you suggest how to get admission in top colleges? my cutoff is 192
Hello,
Actually the eligibility criteria for TNEA counseling is that candidates of Tamil Nadu who have passed their Class VIII to Class XII standard in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply but the Nationality of that particular student should be Indian and then only you will be considered eligible. So, being born in Srilanka you won't be able to secure admission. But i would suggest you to get in touch with any official of Anna university regarding the issue and its resolution if available. Sir/Mam, The Address on my Aadhar card is of Our U.P. Residence. but, since childhood, I have been in Delhi, did my full schooling from delhi. and Now, I want to fill my NEET application form with Delhis home address bcoz i want Delhi colleges to be my 1st preference in future. will that be ok?
Yeah! That's fine. There are no such issues that Aadhar Card address must coincide with your present address. You will put this in your address line 1 and another in address line 2.
Now as you have grown up in Delhi and as I can assume that you have qualified your education from Delhi only, so you will surely be able to apply for 85% state quota seat in NEET 2021.
