Yes, after completion of BSc Biotechnology you can pursue MSc Food Science and Technology, generally speaking the eligibility criteria is passed bachelor degree in in food science and technology, agriculture, microbiology, biotechnology, agriculture engineering, biochemistry, biotechnology, diary technology, food technology or its allied fields from a recognized university securing 50% aggregate or above depending upon the norm of the university, admission process may be based on the merit of the qualifying examination, or entrance test may be conducted regarding this such as by Pondicherry University, LPU, BHU PET to name a few,
