If you have already submitted the application form you cannot make changes in regional centers through any mode. Even though there is a correction window available you can make changes in few fields but you cannot change regional center. If you have not submitted the application yet you can make the necessary change,
The compulsory subjects in PCB include Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Language and an Additional subject. Some people might even take upto 2 additional subjects, and this can include Mathematics, Psychology, Physical education, Economics etc. The options offered here are varying in different schools, and you might want to ask your school about that.
