Saurabh Yadav 27th May, 2025

Hii,

It's easy to get into RTMNU's Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences. First, you need to receive at least 45% in your 12th grade science classes (physics, chemistry, biology, or math). After that, you must take the MHT-CET entrance exam. Once your score has been determined, apply online at https://rtmnuoaadm.samarth.edu.in, the RTMNU admission website.

Await the merit list after submitting your application. If your name appears, confirm your seat by submitting your paperwork and paying the required amount. You can also go to https://www.nagpuruniversity.ac.in for additional information.

i got 89 in the MET test for ug allied helath sciences - BPT (physiotherapy) will i get in?

Niharika Patibandla 17th May, 2025

Hey there! An MET score of 89 for allied sciences - BPT (physiotherapy) puts you in a moderate possibility range. But your chances depend upon the no. Of applicants, difficulty of the exam, seat availability and category ( OC, BC, etc). In previous years, BPT programs at Manipal University typically had higher cutoffs often around 100-110 for general category seats. Your chances may be lower in the first round,  but you could still get in during later rounds.  All the best!

i want to change the details before login to attempt mock test and i want to attemt mock on humanities and social sciences but i am not getting it . can you please help me?

Madhusri Karmakar 10th Jun, 2025

Hello! It must be so annoying when you're trying to get ready for an exam and the mock test platform isn't cooperating. Let's analyze how you usually can tackle these problems through NTA mock tests related to Humanities and Social Sciences.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is testing entrance exams for admissions for CUET (Common University Entrance Test) in undergraduate and postgraduate registration across the country. Their app and website are called " National Test Abhyas ". They offer mock test.

Modifying the Details Before Login

For mock test you attempt via official platforms of NTA (e.g the “National Test Abhyas” app or web portal) - you typically do not need login with some specific exam application credentials while attempting generic mock test. 3

For The “National Test Abhyas” App/Website:

When you start the app or navigate to the NTA Abhyas site (usually at these URLs; https://www.nta.ac.in/Abhyas or https://nta.ac.in/Quiz ), you will probably be prompted with the option to " Login " or use " Guest Login ".

In " Guest Login ," you will likely type only your name and a city and then move on to choosing the test and paper. There are normally no “details” to edit here beyond what you’d provide for a guest session.

If you have an account (you might have made one for a specific NTA exam, for example), that’s what you would sign in with. Any profile information on that account would appear under the main exam application portal (e.g. cuet.nta.nic.in for CUET) and not the mock test platform itself. Correction windows on real application forms are typically of only a few days when you can still change certain info. You typically won't be able to edit these details directly on your mock test provider's platform.

What to do:

Clear Browser Cache/Cookies: If you're using a web browser and having problems, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. This solves some such technical hiccups.

Try Incognito/Private Mode: Sometimes, browser extensions may cause interference. Attempt a private or incognito Browse session to see if you can get to the mock test.

Try Another Browser/Device: If you continue to have issues, try a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox are common recommendations) or a different device (laptop vs. desktop vs. mobile app).

Guest Login: If you are seeing a login prompt and you just wanted to take a mock test, search for "Guest Login" or "Practice Test" and click to it from Download page to start testing. It will only give you a feel of the real one.

Not Getting Humanities and Social Sciences Mock Tests:

This is a more likely concern, and it could be for several reasons:

  • Level of Exam: NTA conducts various exams. The availability of mock test of “Humanities and Social Sciences” will be available depending on the exams for which you are preparing (i.e. CUET UG, CUET PG, UGC NET etc.).
  • Selection of Subject at the Portal: If you go to the platform offering NTA’s mock tests, like example https://nta.ac.in/Quiz or "National Test Abhyas" app), once logged in/guest login, you have drop-down menus in general.
  • You must choose the appropriate “Exam Name” (i.e., “CUET (UG)”) and then opt for the “Paper/Subject”.
  • For Humanities and Social Sciences, these could include individual subjects such as:

  • History
  • Geography
  • Political Science
  • Sociology
  • Psychology
  • Economics (sometimes part of the social sciences)
  • General Test (for CUET UG, sometimes comprises topics which are applicable for humanities students)

Importantly , some of the mock tests are categorised by Broad Streams only if you’re using very old or NTA-unofficial mocks. For the NTA's official mock tests, you usually have to choose the particular subject paper.

What to do:

  • Check the Exam: You may want to ensure that you are preparing for the correct NTA exam (for instance, CUET UG 2025, CUET PG 2025).
  • Visit the official NTA Mock Test Portal ( https://www.nta.ac.in/Abhyas ) and for faster online practice, you can also visit https://nta.ac.in/Quiz
  • Careful Subject Selection:

  • On the page of mock test, find some dropdowns named “Select Exam”, “Select Paper”, etc.
  • Choose the exam you are preparing for (e.g., "CUET (UG)").
  • Then browse through all the options in the “Select Paper” or “Subject” dropdown. You may see your individual Humanities and Social Sciences subjects rather than one combined "Humanities and Social Sciences". So, you’d see “History,” “Political Science,” “Sociology,” and so forth.

  • Refer to Exam-Specific Websites: If the exam is like CUET, then you need to check the official exam website https://cuet.nta.nic.in/ for UG, http://pgcuet.samarth.ac.in/ for PG) will usually provide with links to dedicated mock tests or previous year papers. And these may even be directly arranged by subject matter.
  • NTA Test Practice Centres (TPCs): The NTA also is to provide test practice centres for candidates to practice CBT exams. You can sign up for these via the NTA website ( https://www.nta.ac.in/ ) or the "NTA STUDENT APP." Although this is not a center physically, it is a practical experiment.
  • Get in touch with NTA Helpdesk: If you have already tried all of the above and are still unable to find the mock tests you are looking for, or continue to suffer regular technical problems when accessing the mocks, your only recourse is to contact the official helpdesk set up by NTA. Their contact information is typically listed on the main NTA website ( https://www.nta.ac.in/ )" under the "Contact Us" or "Support" headings. They're able to mentor their platform specifically.

Remember to keep experimenting with these steps, and you will be able to open the mock papers required for your Humanities and Social Sciences preparation!

Yes, a career in forensic science can be very good if you are interested in solving crimes, working with evidence, and have a strong background in science. There is demand in government labs, police departments, investigation agencies, and private forensic labs. You can also explore teaching and research after higher studies like MSc or PhD.

It needs patience, attention to detail, and a strong academic base, especially in biology, chemistry, or physics.
