According to previous year cutoffs and trends there is no chance for you to get into lower NITs with your SC quota.

Following are the closing rank of last round for other state candidate under sc quota.

NIT GOA: 3500-3990

NIT MEGHALAYA: 4500-5000

NIT MAGALAND: 6500-7000

NIT SIKKIM: 6000-6100

NIT ARUNACHAL PRADESH: 5500 -6000

So it is impossible for you to get into NITs, there is some chance if you belong to the above states. You can try your luck in CSAB SPECIAL COUNSELLING as there is also no chance of you to get into any IIITs.

NIT SIKKIM placements are increasing year by year And its almost fine as compared to its location and infrastructure.

In electical dept. students got placements over 10 LPA in both B.tech and M.tech. Also the average salary was around 6-7 LPA. Many govt. undertakings like powergrid,bharat petroleum etc. also offered jobs.( 55-60%placed). Companies like Intel,IBM,Bosch also offered jobs(in ongoing 2020 season)

As a centrally funded institution which is just came into being, it is growing fairly in infrastructure as well as placements.

Sikkim examination for Cet will be e online method. Federation will be of 180 marks 64 is subject is physics chemistry and mathematics. The the examination will be held in the month of May 2020 e and the result will be published in the month of June 2020. The examination will be of 180 marks 60 per is subject for physics chemistry and

mathematics

. The basic qualification for CET examination is 10 + 2 with 50% marks in physics chemistry mathematics and 40% marks in 10 + 2 for SC ST candidates.

For pharmacy candidates has to appear forrespective pharmacy colleges with entrance test. For agriculture undergraduate courses ICAR held in entrance test for admission in the agri bsc agriculture course.
