Hope you are in best of your health , so the question to your answer is that UPSC i.e union public service commision exam Syllabus is divided into three categories, namely Preliminary, Mains and Interview.
The Preliminary syllabus is primarily intended to test a candidate's current-accountability and aptitude in a limited amount of time. The preparatory exam is both mandatory and qualifying. The Mains syllabus is primarily intended to assess a candidate's academic skills in his or her chosen field. The curriculum also assesses candidates' ability to convey information in a clear and logical manner. The major test consists of nine exams, and the syllabus is based on the topics chosen. The written test is the focus of the Preliminary and Mains curriculums. Candidates who pass the Preliminary and Main examinations are eligible to participate in the interview.

It basically consists of social science, history , politics, civics, geography and also english . You have to clear 7 written test to clear mains .

Hope you are in best of your health , so here's the answer to your question, if you have filled all the entrance form and select the medium of language of paper as English then don't worry all the entrance paper will have English medium only even the social science paper too , but please recheck the application form if by any mistake you have selected the medium Hindi or any other language then the question paper will be given to you in that particular language only.

The cutoff get varied with time. It is not constant. And it is not given by the instituition. It is based on the number of candidates applied for the course and their marks quality. The admission is done on the basis of marks scored in 10+2 level or equivalent in concerned subjects which is minimum of 60%.
Short listed canditates are called for interview. Their performance in interview will eventually decide their place in the Bhopal School of Social Science .

The Delhi university conducts entrance examinations for admissions to Bachelors in Social Science and humanities course.
Eligibility Criteria :-
1. An aggregate of no less than 55% marks in either English or any one of scheduled languages from List A1, and a set of best three other subjects from elective subjects of Lists A and B.
2. Out of the best three chosen above one needs to be the related subject in which admission is sought, otherwise a deduction of 1% will be enforced on the aggregate of the Best Four. However, no such deduction will be imposed for admission in Philosophy (Hons).
3. It should be noted that inclusion of any subject other than those given in Lists A and B will give candidates a deduction of 2.5% per subject on the aggregate of the Best Four.
