You didn't mentioned the name of your institution or university. Please mention it.
However usually the previous years question papers are available on university official website. You can download them from there. Or ask your senior student to help you provide the previous years paper.
You can also get the previous years question paper from your college library.

OBC (NC)(18) means that although you have not been granted final admission in the social work program via TISS BAT ,you are not fully rejected either.In case there is any vacany in the seat from the OBC(NC) category you are number 18th in consideration for that seat.
In brief,if their is any seat under OBC(NC) category seat matrix that is vacant in the social work program you may get choosen for that,but before you 17 people will have the chance for choosing it as your waitlist rank is 18.

Yes, you can pursue M.A in Social work from Tata institute of Social Science. It has severral programs in MA Social Work such as in Children and families, criminology and justice, mental health, community organization etc.
To get admission in the institute, the candidtae must have completed Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
