How to improve my communication skills(in English) if I just understand the ENGLISH But not fluent in speaking to somebody? Is there any helpful Youtube Channel or Apps which improve my English and make me Fluent in speaking? Is any free online Source for reading books in English?

ayanmukherjee045 16th Apr, 2021

Dear student,

I would recommend you to read constantly whether it is a story book, novels, anything which you have interest to read but note just read it. Try speaking to your friends in English. Practice by looking yourself into the mirror. I don't think honestly that any YouTube channel will be beneficial for this.

hypothetical speaking: If I passed 12th in 2021 with 50% so can I again give 12th 1 year later + after passing 12th for the second time [1 year later] (with required percentage-75%) WILL I BECOME ELIGIBLE TO GET A SEAT AT IIT ( given the fact I qualified jee adv when I gave my second 12th exam )

Sharon Rose Student Expert 11th Mar, 2021

Hello,

A candidate can appear for JEE Advanced for two consecutive years from the year of passing in the qualifying examination that is 10+2 examination. For instance if you have passed in 10+2 in the year 2021, you can appear for JEE Advanced 2021 and JEE Advanced 2022 provided that you must have qualified in JEE Main 2021 and JEE Main 2022 respectively. This is applicable even if you appear for improvement examination that is if you appear for improvement examination in 2022 you can only appear for JEE Advanced 2022 and that will be your last chance. There is no minimum cut off percentage requirement to be eligible to get admission in IIT for the academic year 2021-22 due to corona. So even if you don't have 75% aggregate marks (for general category candidates) or 65% aggregate marks ( SC/ST category candidates) you will still be eligible to get admission in IIT provided you must have passed in all subjects in the qualifying examination and qualified in JEE Advanced.

Hey my PTE overall score is 58. Can i apply for australia study visa. I got 48 marks in speaking due to some problems in the mike my pronunciation was not taken by the software. Otherwise in writing, listening and reading score is more than 58 .

anirudha vats 19th Mar, 2021

Hi,

Well generally for the visa to be approved, the demand is to get a sectional marks in all speaking, reading, writing and listening. So if you have cleared that cut off for all sections then it's okay otherwise it will be better to give the test again to make sure to get the visa approved.

I hope this helps.

All the best.
