The exam conducting authorities declares the SRMJEEE result at the official website.  The exam conducting authority will commences the SRMJEEE 2022 counselling in online mode. Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, no there is no as such caste based reservation or category wise reservation in SRM university Chennai as it is a private college and it does not give any type of reservation in its admissions procedures as only government colleges offers reservation based on caste or category.

VIT Vellore is considered as the topmost college for admission and placement records in CSE and IT department after IITs and NITs. Then SRM Chennai and later UPES.

All these three colleges accept admissions through JEE Mains and their own entrance exams (VITEEE, SRMJEE, UPESEAT).

However, the easiest one to get into admission in UPES , no doubt it is expensive (around 20 lakhs fee for four years course). Next one is SRM, well it is said that the level of SRMJEE and VITEEE is almost same. But as we know that in VIT admissions are given on the basis of rank and as the rank increases the fee for the course increase (vice-versa). So, the candidate who has rank 3000 will have to pay less fee than the student having rank 10,000; even if they are getting the same course (known as category during VITEEE counselling).

As we know that SRM and VIT have more than one branch so definitely they have more seats than UPES.

In the end, I would suggest you to write the entrance exam for all the three colleges and if you qualify all the exams, choose VIT (if expense allows) otherwise go for SRM. Well, this case implies only if you are comfortable in south region and are getting the head branches (VIT Vellore and SRM Chennai).

Consider UPES as the last option.

Setting up user ID or password or 6 digid pin  you can click on sign up

Now your account.in digilocker is created in SRM application form .

I would be judging these two colleges in terms of placements, brand name, academics.

So, in terms of placements , SRM University delhi ncr is at par or rather at a better place. In these colleges mainly bulk hiring companies comes for recruitment like tcs, wipro, infosys, Accenture, cognizant . In tech giants Amazon does visit the campus at SRM but not at iimt greater Noida. In core branches also mainly non core companies hire the candidates in both these campus.

In terms of brand name, SRM University delhi ncr has a greater outreach and branch than iimt greater Noida . More people know about SRM University than iimt.

In academics, more branches are available at SRM University in the non core area and also in the core domain. In cse branch , there are specialisation like artificial intelligence and machine learning, big data analytics, data science.
