Tina 29th Sep, 2021

Hello, hope you are safe and doing good

There are different view point of different people if you want which one best, but it entirely depends on which course are you going to pursue.

VIT no doubt has one of the best infrastructure and has good sports facility and is one of the internationally recognized university. VIT has achieved Limca Guinness  world record for 1000 students placed in single company.

Whereas SRM has just started before 3 years and their exam pattern is very different from others.

I got 18100 rank in Comedk 2021. Is taking EIE in DSCE bangalore / EEE in NIE Mysore worth it... OR should I opt for SRM ECE (Ktr)

Abhishek Roy 27th Sep, 2021

I believe at this Rank of 18100 in COMEDK, you have fair chances of securing ECE or ISE at many Good Engineering Colleges in Bangalore. You have high chances of securing ECE in DSCE Bangalore as well as at Nitte Meenakshi and CMR. Bangalore gives you a huge locational advantage being near IT and Technical Hubs, provides huge scope and impetus to training and Placements besides comparatively lower fees than SRM. Incase you secure CSE at SRM KTR, in that case you may prefer the Latter.

which is better SRM AP cse(ai) or AMRITA Chennai cse (ai)

Moumoyee Chakraborty 18th Sep, 2021

Dear applicant, out of your two chosen options, first let us focus on SRM, it is a very good college, with good faculties, provides you all the necessary facilities including hostels, well equipped labs and placements records show the median salary packages 7-10 LPA and almost 90% of students get placed. Now coming to Amrita Institute, the college life is very strict, although the placements and educational ambience is good. So think wisely and choose,

Good luck!!

sir how many credits are issued to students at the end of 4th year automobile engineering in SRM Chennai and LPU.

Purbayan Chatterjee 15th Sep, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

Hope you are doing good. As per rules, to be a graduate in engineering, you need a minimum of 180 credits. Therefore, you can choose to have more than 180 credits but a minimum of 180 is a must. In accordance with this rule, SRM Chennai and LPU both issues 180 total credits to a student irrespective of the engineering branch you belong to.

Also do note that in SRM, these credit system is flexible that is you can choose how many credits you want to keep in each semester.

Hope this helps.
