SRM IST (Main Campus i.e. KTR) is best known for its campus life, infrastructure and placements. Therefore, what you have at hand is really good and it is definitely worth to join SRM in 2021. However, everything is relative i.e. depends on what other offers you have at hand. While SRM is a good college, there are definitely better colleges.

SRM has launched their specialization courses in CSE very recently and it is therefore a bit difficult to state if you will get CSE WITH AI AND ML SPECILIZATION with the rank at hand. However, all that said, cutoff for CSE in SRM KTR goes around 10,000 and therefore I believe you definitely stand a great chance in getting your desired specialization.

Coming to your next question... SRM offers a 25% Merit Scholarship to all the candidates who achieved SRMJEE Rank between 2001 to 3000.

Srm university offers cse core branch and also includes it's specialisation branches in cyber security, artificial intelligence and other parallel ones. The placements at SRM University in cse branch is a good one as all the tech and consulting or analytics firms comes to its campus for recruitment.

Average package for the cse branch is around 6L per annum and microsoft,Amazon, zs Associates participate in the placements. The faculty for computer science and engineering is very interactive and supportive when it comes to helping of students.

The eligibility criteria for admission in SRM Ap is that a candidate should have secured a minimum of 60% in 10th Standard and Minimum of 60% in MPC in 12th standard. He/She should have qualified SRMJEEE/SRMAPET OR Students with 60 percentile or above in JEE are eligible for admission. Hence, you cannot get admission in SRM based on AP EAMCET.

1. SRM have better infrastructure in terms of labs and hostels as well as the library and labs are very well maintained.

3. The placements rate for CSE is better in SRM than that of sastra.
