According to the latest notifications published by the SRM College authority, these are following ducuments required for the Online Enrollment process in the college:-

1. Scanned image of recent colour passport size Photograph.

2. Scanned image of Signature.

3. Class 12 Marksheet/Certificate, if available.

4. Class 10 Marksheet/Certificate.

5. Details of Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking in case of e-payment.

So, candidates do not require to submit the Migration Certificate for the Online Enrollment process.

There  is no phase three for SRMJEE the SRMJEE has been concluded with two phases. SRM Institute of Technology (SRMIST) has begun the SRMJEEE 2021 counselling round 1 for phase 2 on July 6 at the official website. The counselling has also began so there is no phase three for SRMJEE. The authorities have released the SRMJEEE 2021 result for phase 2 on July 5 at srmist.edu.in. Candidates who have got the required cut off score are eligible for counselling. This year SRMIST has conducted the in two phases. SRMJEEE 2021 phase 1 exam dates were May 23 & 24 and SRMJEEE 2021 phase 2 was held from June 29 to July 1.

Yes, VIT Vellore accepts JEE score. I think you should check the dates, but i don't think the admission is still open there out. You may go through the official sites to know more.

CSE and ME are entirely different with CSE comprises scientific and engineering aspects of computing and designing automated machine systems and intelligent bots while in mechanical engineering will teach you to design, analyze, manufacture, and maintain mechanical systems. Now if doesn't matters and college is the only aspect you should go with Vit, AP considering both are not the main campus of their respective franchises. Vellore institute of technology has a higher ranking, better faculties and reputation in the educational world. I hope you are doing good. As per your query , I would like to inform you that the fees structure of SRM amarvathi campus for 1 year is around 2.5 lakhs. The total course duration is 4 years so the total fees will cost you around 10lakhs . Around 15-20k you will have to give as caution money which is refundable at the time of course completiion

Here details regarding SRM registration and phase wise results-

The last date of application for SRM JEE Rounds was till 22nd July 2021 till 11 p.m. Moreover, the slot booking dates for the phase 2 to registration was in between 23rd to 26th July 2021. Fish examination was held in between 29th June to 1st July and the results were declared by 5th July 2021.
