SSC
Hi
I am guessing that it is about SSC CHSL application form because it is at 12th level and also its application form is available for filling right now
While filling your SSC CHSL application form , you need to fill your class 12th marks percentage.
Now,
In class 12 , there are 5 compulsory subjects.
Some students also of for 6th subject which is known as additional or optional subject.
By class 12th marks percentage it means your percentage of marks obtained by you in class 12th in the aggregate of those 5 compulsory subjects.
So,
You need to fill the aggregate percentage obtained in those in five subjects and not only 4 subjects while filling your SSC CHSL application form.
Also,
12th marks won't affect your eligibility in any way because there is no minimum percentage barrier for SSC CHSL eligibility criteria.

You can download reduced syllabus from following link:

If you have already applied for SSC CHSL you cannot apply once again. You have to apply for all exams conducted by SSC with single registration. You need to login with your registration number and password each time you have to apply for an exam for which you are eligible. You cannot register multiple times with same Class 10th roll number as there is no such provision to create multiple accounts with the same class 10th roll number. So you cannot register and apply once again for SSC CHSL. However, you can modify the registration details by logging in with your credentials. To modify the details click on 'Modify Registration' after logging in. Click on 'Edit' and make the necessary modifications and submit it. You can modify the registration details for two times for each exam.
