Hello,
If you forgot your old number and registration number don't panic you can apply for new registration from new number and new email id.you can fill ssc form from your new id.
Always keep your mobile number and email for future reference.
As per your query, the spelling of the name in SSC and BTech PC both are correct but the difference is in the case of letter. So technically you don't have to face any problem although, I would recommend you to contact your college authority and if possible change it or do the necessary correction. You will not face any problem ahead but it would be better for you not to ignore any mistake.
