BTech is the course where pratical applications are taught to students so that they can get a job to work in industry . BSC is completely research oriented course in which theortical knowledge is giiven to students so that students can think deep and widens their ability and then they can find reason about every single concept.

it is a good thing that you have started thinking of your future endeavors for the third year in your under graduation course as it is will help you navigate yourself better in your final year.

The decision is solely based on what you want to do, if you are interested and like what you are doing in your current field then you can go on further to pursue it, and if it is does not satisfy you as much you can always choose to change your stream to something else that you actually like and see yourself pursuing it as a career.

If you feel like you want to expand your knowledge, you can for your Master's. You can either pursue it in the country or even go abroad to other universities to pursue your education there.

As far as it comes to the job opportunities, you can choose it if you think you would like to get a more hands on experience with the industry. You will learn a lot in the industry as well, which you can use to start a startup if that is what interests you. Doing a course in CSE has benefits, one being flexibility. It gives you the option of choosing whatever you feel like your future to be, whether that is in your Master's or whatever job you take up.
