Hello,
CASE ( Computer Aided Structural Engineering) is a 2 year PG course. it is not a seasonal course but a degree program. You can do if you have completed UG in civil engineering. You have to apply for admission as you do in any normal admission process.
In terms of placement, It is organized by IIT. They bring in best opportunities for students. So if you take admission then you will surely get placement options. It is only your side where you have to perform best to grab the offer. For that , you have to use 2 years to learn and improvise your skills so that recruiter will think that you will do profit for the organization
for previous year placement details regarding MTech CASE;- please refer the link below:-

Hope it helps!
hi,
see admission in m.tech courses in kiit is done by kiitee entrance test as well as gate score, now civil engineering has 4 specialization and each one has 18 seats, for structural engineering has 18 seats, however GATE qualified candidates shall be accorded preference in the process of selection. GATE qualified candidates having Score 400 or above need not sit in the entrance Examination. now coming to reservation policy ,
15% & 7.5% seats of KIITEE-2020 quota seats will be reserved for Schedule Caste & Scheduled Tribe (by birth) respectively. (Not by adoption or marriage)
3% seats of KIITEE-2020 will be reserved for PC candidates.
so by reviewing all the criteria it would be quite difficult for you to secure seat in structural engineering m.tech course. so just participate in the counseling process, besides apply for other institute as well.

Hey there
An architect engineer designs the look of a building basically as per the customer demand they give the building the shape which is required whereas a structural engineer basically builds the foundation of the building or make the structure stand so in designing of a structure both are equally required. As per your interest you should choose the engineering branch as structural engineering is like civil engineering and architectural engineering is totally maths and imagination.
good luck
Hi
Computer Aided Structural Engineering is a revolutionary program that aims to combine the latest
advances made in the field of structural engineering and computer science. There is more demand in
this area and job possibilities are also suitable as it is miles new and very less crowded. However, as
some companies are exploring more and more of them,
Natural Structural Engineering is also the top choice for those who want to pursue an additional
traditional way.
Both present their own risks and possibilities and in the end it all depends on what you really want to do
in the future.
