is there any new pil in supreme court against nios against marking scheme

Amisha Sah 28th Jul, 2020

Hello!

A PIL was filed before the supreme court, pursuant to Article 32 of the Indian Constitution, on 5 July, which seeks the cancelation of all pending examinations under the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). Like CBSE and ICSE, who had previously postponed their pending Class X & XI panel exams after the pandemic, NOIS declared on June 30 that it would delay, rather than cancel, the Secondary and senior secondary board examination.

Thanks.

hi,

see you must have the eligibility criteria, soft skills, presentation skills, academic qualification to become a judge of supreme court. see in our life to achieve a big dream is not easy since your road would be full of obstacles. but there is legends of peoples who have won all the difficulties and got success in life, one of the main thing is you must have courage to do the work, so from now on remove all negativity from your life and move forward.

there is many candidates who have studied in local version of language feels discourage speaking English.  so just try harder to make your english excellent. however it would be best if you study in english version during your graduation course since most of the competitive exam held in english version. now coming to upsc civil service exam, candidates from any area of the bachelors degree holders may participate in the exam. upsc has a very unique syllabus, so whatever branch you are studying you can easily make accustomed with the course structure.

hope it would help.

Is supreme court and central government started meeting about neet 2020

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 26th Jun, 2020

The latest information that we have is that CBSE exams have been cancelled. The CBSE exams that have been scheduled for July 1st to 5th have been cancelled as per CBSE's decision. The same has been conveyed to the Supreme Court as well. Students have an option to appear in the examination only if they wish to. But if they do not wish to appear for the examination, then their performance in the last 2 examinations will be considered to grant them marks.  And CBSE informed the Supreme Court its assessment scheme. According to that, those students who have completed all their CBSE exams will be assessed based on their performance in the exams. Those who appeared for more than 3 or more subjects the average of the marks secured in the best of the 3 will be given to those subjects for which exams have not been conducted. And those students who have written just 1 or 2 subjects, the results will be declared on the  basis of their internal, practical or project assessments for the subjects they haven't written the examinations.  And if students want to appear for the exams, they can do so when they are conducted. ICSE might have a slightly changed model and Supreme Court has agreed to that. And amid all this the Centre has not taken any decision regarding NEET and JEE Mains scheduled for July.  So we still need to wait to hear from them.

is NEET2020 going to be postnponed again after supreme court meeting?? please clarify me.....

At this point in time, news about NEET and JEE Mains are all speculative. NTA will also have to consider many other factors before postponing NEET.  they were waiting to hear from CBSE because the process of calculating the eligibility depends on the decision of CBSE. There might be a change in the schedule of the exam. We do not have clear information as such as of now. There might be an official statement atleast tomorrow or the day after.  Please wait to hear from MHRD regarding this. You can ask either check the official news .We are expecting some information regarding JEE and NEET atleast by the 26th June. If NEET scheduled for July gets postponed, it might happen in August. September might be too late. But again this is just a speculation. And Supreme Court will give its verdict today and so we have to wait for updated information.
