As per the trend, B.COM cutoff at Symbiosis is quite high. Basically, 3 to 4 merit list are prepared who will be getting admission in BCOM. To be in a safer and relaxed side , your boards score should be at least 95% .
Last year cutoff came to 85 percent in the final merit list.

SNAP examination is for admissions in MBA whereas MHTCET will help you get admission in symbiosis institute of technology, Pune in Technical courses like BTech, Mtech, and PhD.
So, if you want to apply in MBA, then SNAP is compulsory.
Now, you can apply in other colleges that do not need SNAP score. You can still give MAT, ATMA and get admission in colleges that accept their scores.
