In Symbiosis Pune they offer UG degree for the courses CSE, IT, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering. Then PG degree. 

They don't offer ECE degree for UG.

In terms of infrastructutre, I think Noida is better but out of academic promise I think Hyderabad is the better one. But if asked a criteria, I base my judgements on placements because they provide realistic scenario of why to study in a particular college. 

1) SLS Noida had highest record placement of 18lpa in 2016-17 in BA LLB with average being in 8 lpa range.

2) SLS Hyderabad had highest placement of 12lpa in 2016-17 in BA LLB with average being in 6.6lpa range.

Personally I would recommend you to go for Symbiosis Pune. Best of luck

The main difference between the degrees offered by Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, Pune between B.COM with ACCA and B.COM is that the latter one is a regular B.Com degree with courses offered within the field of B.Com and former one is a specialisation of Accounts and Finance that is offered along with the degree of B.Com.

B.Com with ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is a UK based, globally recogized certificate. Student enrolled in this course must clears paper in ACCA and B.Com in order to achieve certificate in ACCA and B.Com degree.

According to the Rank Predictor Tool, the expected rank is ranging from 4,983 to 6,183 and the probable category rank range will be 1 to 241. 

As per the previous years' cutoff trends, in GNLU Gandhinagar, since a domicile of West Bengal won't apply here, we will have to look at All India cutoff for SC Women, which was 5216 at opening and 6650 at closing. 

Whereas at NUJS Kolkata, the cutoff rank was 5275 for State SC candidates for B.A.LLB. 

So assuming that this year's cutoff won't deviate much, and your daughter scores according to (or better than) the expected score, your daughter has a fair enough chance of getting a seat in the above institutions.
