as of now , jee mains 2nd session is not conducted yet. after 2nd session, rank list will be released. There will be so much change in rank as many student will perform better. There is cutoff range for every branch in every college. if your rank satisfies the cutoff range then you will be selected.

The regional goverment colleges as well as a few private colleges grant admission on the basis of state entrance exams. While other private colleges might conduct their separate entrance exams for lateral entry.
