Dear applicant although 468 marks is insufficient to confirm a seat of yours though there are possibilities that the cut off vary every year based on the number of students appeared in the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, the seat matrix of the Colleges. Now as you know being a candidate of General Category, the competition is way too difficult than we think. So yes possibilities are less, but hopefully you can get a seat in Private colleges. It totally depends if you are willing to adjust accordingly since Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu are not only different as per their geographical location but also as per language , tradition and also as per the food, because when you will be living their you will find that the diet is also different.
while studying teachers will be teaching in English and internships are also not be a problem since you will have to do work mainly but keep in mind that the accent which people from Tamil Nadu have in English is totally different so you will take time to understand their English also.
