sowji.guntupu 12th Nov, 2020

Hello student,

As you are mentioning your rank as 14437 you may have a chance to get a seat in forest department. But if you wanna join through management quota you don't need any rank or qualifying marks. You can get the admission directly if you are eligible but you have to pay the fee amount of the tuition fees.

I want to apply for GMC Coimbatore through AIQ in 2nd allotment but the Tamil Nadu DME ask a rural service of 5 years, but they have not said anything about AIQ students?

Shefadaar 8th Nov, 2020

Hello there!

You can apply for Government Medical College, Coimbatore through All India Quota Counselling in Round 2. The rural service bonds are not strictly implemented on the students who secure a seat, through All India Quota Counselling. So, you can apply for the college of your choice without thinking much about the rural bond.

I scored 298 in neet , I am from tamil nadu(OBC category) can I get seat in govt colleges or atleast seat govt quota seat in private colleges?

shubham 7th Nov, 2020

Hello,

With your score and OBC category it is hard for you to get into any government college or any government quota seats.

You only have chance of getting a management quota seat at CMC Vellore as their cutoff for general category is 269 marks.

Other colleges have their cutoff marks for OBC above 350 makrs.

But to know colleges and their cutoff in Tamil Nadu you can refer to this article
