Your All India Rank must be around 90,000. This year, we all know that the highest NEET score is 720. That is why the cut offs increased way higher than last year. A score between 400-513 got seat in Rajah Mutiah Dental College. In ordinary circumstances with 439 and BC reservation you should be getting a seat in Government Dental College but because of increase of the cut offs, 439 might not get you a Government Dental College but can get you a Government Quota seat in Private Dental College. At All India Level, also you can get a Management Quota seat in Deemed Universities. You can use our college predictor also: : https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
If the student has domicile of Kerala, he can apply for Management Quota of Private Medical Colleges of Karnataka, Tamilnadu. But he will not be able to exercise the rights of his Category. He will have to apply for counseling only under General Category or Open merit. Which means if the Student has domicile of Kerala and belongs to OBC/EWS/SC/ST, he cannot use any of these reservations if he wants to participate in State Counselings of Karnataka and Tamilnadu. He has to apply under General Category only. Hey!
Sorry to inform you, but I can't go further without your caste group. There are some colleges applicable to your rank in the OC category.
Hi dear,
Hope you are doing well!
Now let's go through your question.
As you will be knowing that NEET Reservation policies and criteria are applicable for 15 % All India Quota (AIQ) i.e. minority seats as per Government of India norms. On the other hand, criteria for reservation in state quota seats are subject to the rules of the state governing body/counselling authority.
Reservation under 15%(Minority) All India Quota:
Reservation for Seats Other than All India Quota:
Under the state quota, 85% of the seats are filled through state counselling conducted separately by each state/Union Territory.
Thank You & All the best!!!

Dear aspirant At first lots of congratulations for your result.
We all know that without officially released cut-off details of all Government and Private MBBS colleges for this year by its responsible authority, Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu, we can't make any accurate comment about the exact cut-off marks or ranks of any college. That's why it'll be better for you to go through the previous year's cut-off details from the following website:
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-tamil-nadu
Hence judging from cutoff trends of previous years and realising the fact that the cut-off marks will definitely get increased in this year on account of increasing of the several determining factors, I can assure you that you can get some of reputed Me dical colleges in Tamil Nadu by state counselling 85 % like:
