Telugu Minority reservation is available in Self financed Medical Colleges of Tamilnadu like Muthukumaran Medical College, SRM Medical College and Research Hospital, etc. There are as many as 13 Institutions that offer this reservation among as many as 250 Seats. This is for Students who are natives of Tamilnadu but have Telugu/Malyalam as their mother tongue. While we do not have the cut offs for the Telugu Minority Candidates, you will need atleast 450 and above irrespective of your Category. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Hey aspirant,
Based on the marks you have scored in NEET and as per previous year's cutoff, it seems difficult to get admission for MBBS government seat at IRT Medical College, Perundurai under both AIQ and TN state quota. However, you may be able to obtain admission for MBBS management seat at private medical colleges in Tamil Nadu and deemed universities through MCC. For more information on chances of admission for MBBS, check out NEET College Predictor 2020 here:
With a score of 300, your rank might be approximately between 246358-262168. This is an expected rank range: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank . Now regarding the Colleges that you may have a shot at, you haven't mentioned your Category. But a score of 300 is very less for a seat in MBBS/BDS irrespective of the Category you belong to.
Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year.
