TCS
Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have got computer science buisness system branch so let me tell you all these talks from wherever you heard is not true. After all you are a cse student. You are definitely eligible to sit in all the companies without any kind of hindrance during interview too.
And the placements for Thapar University is good in the cse branch. Tech giants like Amazon, microsoft, wipro, Infosys, cognizant, Accenture and others comes for placements. You won't be having any problems in the placements.

Hi Aspirant,
Yes, there are career opportunities after BSc Physics in private companies like Amazon, TCS, Accenture, etc. However the salary might be lower than the engineering undergraduates. MSc in Physics might give you a big CTC compared to BSc in Physics.
For more information regarding the Physics course and its opportunities,

Hope this helps.
Good luck!!
Hi Robin!
As you mentioned that you have completed diploma in 2019 and got admission in college by lateral entry, so I am considering that you got admission by diploma score, not by 12th scores. In this case, your gap will be considered of 2 years which you take after 10th class ( completed 10th in 2014 and got admission in diploma in 2016).
Hope I answered your query, thankyou!
Getting a job in TCS or any other company not only depends on the course you study but also if you have relevant skills to accomplish the tasks provided you can crack a job in any company irrelevant of the couse or college you studied or tool degree from.
And yes as you have asked you can get a job in TCS company through printing engineering stream.
Hi,
Yes you can get placement in TCS Digital. To get into TCS, you need to be good at Coding Skills, Problem solving , Data Structures and Algorithms. Usually TCS conducts Shortlisting exam on which questions are asked from these topics. If you excel that exam and pass the interviews, then you could get a job in TCS- Digital.
Thanks!!!!
As per the information available online, TCS allows all branches to participate in the placements. But the point is that one should have a sufficient knowledge in coding in order to get placed. So if you are from a non-CSE/IT background and still you want to go for that genre of jobs then you need to work on coding skills and you have to learn the coding languages such as JAVA, SQL, C, C++ etc. So if you are wiling to go for CSE related jobs you have to put some efforts apart from your curriculum.

hi,
I assume you want to know about the placement statistics of any particular college, however you did not mention the college name. now see if the college comes under tier 1 college, generally 3-4 major recruiters recruits from colleges. in India most of the mncs belongs to IT industry which visits college, tcs, ibm, cognizant, capgemini, infosys are few of them.
however for tier 2 college mncs are rare and only 1/ 2 mncs you may expect.
do mention the college name, so that we may help you with necessary information.
Hey,
Your placement with any of the famous company including TCS, Wipro, Cognizant etc. does not depend upon your class 12 performance. It will solely depend upon upon your performance in your bachelors/masters degree which you have chosen. Better to forget that you got a reappear and move forward. This will certainly not affect your placement at the top companies.
All the best

Hi there,
Specifically talking about VIT, the recruitment varies from company to company like every company has their standards for selecting candidates. The most important part depends upon the Accreditation grade. If it is A then the procedure is different. As VIT comes under the Grade 'A', so the procedure is the company asks for 70% marks scores in the course.
Then, Congratulations you are hired. That's it.
I hope this helps you. Revere in case of any query.
Thank you!!
