As per your query , I would glad to inform you that if you alloted seat of some branch and you are statisfied with that branch then for freezing that seat you have to pay fees but if you want to upgrade and participate in the next rounds then you can surely avoiding paying fees but yes once you paid you will not be part of counselling any more
