Im sorry to say but with 39k rank in TSEAMCET you cannot get any of the courses like agriculture, veterinary or horticulture. For agriculture the rank should be around or below 2000 only. Since you didn’t get it, the other way to take admission in Agriculture is through Management quota. All the best.

At the time of allotment your long memo will not be more required or requested by the website but after the allotment you will get a college they will ask about the certificate or the long memo to submit them. If you are lack with it please consult your school principal they will give your certificate.

You should have verified your certificate in the given time interval. But now you will face many problems in future and you have to start  the process again like you have to visit masab tank and submit documents, it's gonna be very long process.
