Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you the difference between GEN E.W.S and GEN category is that if you fulfills some criteria like student's father annual family income must be less than Rs. 8 lakhs per annum . Their family must not own more than 5 acres of agriculture land. The residential flat area should be below 1000 sq ft if you fulfills these criteria then you come under E.W.S category else you come under general category student.

The rank you got in EAMCET is 83000 and you are looking for a college like CMR or Malla Reddy.
