However, their are some colleges in which you can get admission in low branches like civil ,mechnical like  BV raju insitute of technology,Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad .I would advise you to start preparing for next attempt and take admission in top colleges . I'm sorry to say but there is no chance of getting free Agriculture seat for 18k rank. The usual cut off for agriculture would be around 2k to 4K which may however change. This cut off is also not applicable for OC. So it is very difficult to get agriculture. For your rank you can try for Veterinary if you do not belong to Unreserved category. All the best.

For cse , all seats closes at rank below 6500 , i would advise you to not waste time for counselling and start preparing for next attempt with full dedication . Im sorry to say but it is not at all possible to get Agriculture for 18903 rank. Not only agriculture but veterinary and horticulture is also not possible. the rank required for agriculture should be less than 2000 to get a seat. If you are willing to do agriculture only then you have two options. You can either do long term or go for management quota. All the best!

Greetings !! You got an decent rank in eamcet yes you are eligible for government college but it depends on many factors including reservation, college closing ranks and marks.
